Payments and financing

All content, curriculum, coaching materials, and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited license for your personal use while you're a customer. No copying, distribution, public display, derivative works, or commercial use without written permission.

Third‑party services
We integrate with Typeform, Calendly, Go High Level, WavV Dialer, Meta, Commas, Clarity Pay, Standstore, Affirm, and other service providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law and venue
Colorado law governs these Terms. For eligible disputes, either party may file in Colorado small claims court. Otherwise, exclusive venue and jurisdiction are in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Dispute resolution
Before filing, you agree to email us a written notice of the dispute and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Small claims actions are permitted as noted above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful behavior. You may stop using the services at any time. Termination doesn't waive obligations already incurred.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Severability and waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You can't assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign to an affiliate, successor, or acquirer.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Posting the updated version with a new "Last updated" date makes changes effective. Continued use means you accept the changes.
