Sharing with service providers
We share data with vendors who help us operate: Commas and Clarity Pay for payments, Standstore and Affirm for checkout and financing, Typeform for forms, Calendly for scheduling, Go High Level for CRM, WavV Dialer for voice and SMS, Meta for ads and analytics, and our hosting, analytics, and security providers. These companies use your data only to perform services for us.
Cross‑context behavioral advertising
We share limited data with Meta to retarget and build lookalikes. You can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link in our footer. Opting out won't affect essential services like payments or support.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and pixels for functionality, analytics, and advertising. This includes the Meta pixel for events such as page view, video/VSL view, scheduling, and confirmation. Typeform and Calendly set their own cookies when embedded or visited. If we deploy tags through Google Tag Manager, it is only to load the tools listed here.
Communications and TCPA consent
When you submit a form or book time, you agree to receive emails, texts, and calls from Digital Wealth University. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. We use multiple rotating numbers through WavV Dialer that may vary by your location. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS across all our sending numbers. Reply HELP for help. We're not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Testimonial rights
If you share a testimonial, review, case study, results, or likeness, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing consistent with applicable law. You can request removal and we'll process it within a reasonable period.
Your privacy rights
If you're a resident of states with privacy laws like CA, VA, CO, CT, or UT, you can request access, correction, deletion, and opt out of cross‑context behavioral advertising. Use the links in our footer or contact us. We verify your identity and respond within required timelines.
